Really ominous, the situation seems extremely fucked. The sheer size of them and all the bullshit they've probably got makes them seem totally in control.

Thought back to the size of the hall, it's really big from what I remember. Basically a wasteland of stone and columns, like an unholy cathedral.

You know how anime/manga is with exaggerating character sizes. In one panel Venus is like twice the side of Saturn, and in the next he's barely as big as a Pacifista.

They were possibly in hybrid form. Saturn was significantly smaller in his hybrid

Those 5 are the characters i worry about the least. After all the sun is at the center of the solar system. So i guess luffy can actually beat them with g5 wich is why they are hellbent on getting the nika fruit.

They won though, the current situation puts the elders in a hurry but I feel they'd shitstomp Luffy currently.

There's no way he's mastered G5 already, I don't see him beating all the elders.

Oda is known for his inconsistent scaling of characters and items/things to suit the scene and vibe he is trying to put in -in the series in general.

Famous example: one of the zoro's swords that Oden used to weild....

To be honest, I don't really care that much about the distinction between how Oda usually handles spreads and full 2 page spreads. It's nice, sure, but I get wanting the chapter to cover as much content as possible, and full 2 page spreads usually make that harder. It's not like the drawing is much bigger than something like the final spread of chapter 1001 during the rooftop.

He's back to his original form. When he was a giant he wasn't smaller than Saturn.

We saw them next to each other at the end of 1108 and early on 1109. Luffy's head is over Saturn's when he's in giant form and Saturn's in full beast form. In 1110 Luffy's way smaller than that.

Also when he's in giant form his hat looks way smaller, since it doesn't grow bigger.
