We have those already spread around the world.

We've seen them in various places, especially during Marineford arc.

And then we have a scientist that literally wants to develop Punk Records into something everyone in the world will be able to access, allowing them share all of the knowledge as well as to update Punk Records with new information themselves; and that probably already has work thowards this goal.

Plus, we know that he will know that the world government is escalating violence and threat to everyone in the world, obliterating whole countries.

So my theory is that

VEGAPUNK WOULD BROADCAST TO THE WORLD WHAT HE THINKS HAPPENED DURING THE VOID CENTURY.

The world is already a target, he will make everybody in the world know about the void century and in making so, removing the target on his back.

IF EVERYBODY IS A TARGET, NOBODY IS.

Quite on point.

I don't think he'll survive after this. But at least he'll remove the target off Robin, the scholars, and everyone else. And only rage will burn to the SWs.

I think the information will be very limited and not entirely reveal the void century due to one reason

Robin's dream is unveiling the true history of the world. This event however I'm sure will be a big aid in accomplishing it
