Reading this on the same week I've lost my dad hits different. Man I fucking love One Piece, but goddamnit Oda, I wasn't expecting this.

Thanks mate. Fortunely the hard part is already done, the rest only time will heal. At least I know he went in peace, and was with us, which helped me deal with it.

Sorry to hear that. Lost my favorite uncle this past week. Not the same as losing a dad, but my condolences.

I lost my dad a few years ago. While the pain isn’t as fresh as yours, i have an idea of how gut-wrenching kuma’s arc (and especially this chapter) feels for you.

My condolences.
