I like how those little details in the story come full circle.

He was wrong though, which makes me wonder how much of it Vegapunk allowed himself to witness. He saw the pain and suffering.

But Bonney got the whole thing, so she also saw the love. Kuma and Ginny's love, and Kuma's unending love for helping everyone he can no matter the cost to himself. She saw his struggles, his pride, his determination and willingness to take others suffering onto himself to make the world a little bit better.

But more than anything, she would also have seen how much Kuma loved her. How he went to the ends of the world and chased every chance he had to save her, and that even at the seeming end of his journey he had hope and was grateful that his efforts gave Bonney a future beyond that 10th birthday deathwish the doctors declared for her.

I don't think his Will is fully gone, as that is part of what the stuff with the clones and Vegapunk's research has been building towards with stuff that can't be erased. I think he's gonna have one final big moment to end this arc.

But even if he doesn't, the man went out like nobody else in this series.
