This would be bad enough for any cop but it's even worse that it's such a high-ranking member of the force. Who knows how many other people he's hurt who haven't come forward yet?

This is evidence that the NYPD is the most corrupt police department in America, who knows how many other rapists are in this corrupt ass department.
