Hi everyone,

For Christmas I got my bf a Wii with Simpsons Hit and Run and Double Dash. I also got him the GameCube controllers attached to this post.

We plugged the controllers in and the receivers are just blinking rapidly. When we open the Wii menu to connect the controller, nothing appears to be connecting or happening.

When we start the game it starts blinking rapidly again.

Do we have to do something specific to get the controllers paired for the first time, or did I get scammed? The Amazon reviews say they’re cheap but nothing about them straight up not working on the first go. So I’m hoping it’s just me being a big dummy.

Maybe this is useful for others:

we had problems to connect the Nintendo Alarmo to our Wifi, which is provided by Unify Ubiquiti devices (UAP AC Pro, US8 150W PoE Switch and USG 3P). I tried several reconfigurations, among others I disabled my Pihole for that Network, disable 5GHz and other things.

What finally solved the problem for us was disabling WPA1 support (by switching "WPA Mode" to "WPA2 only" in the "Wireless Network" options). All other options I returned to their initial settings (incl. Pihole and 5GHz).

My son is now a happy camper! :-)

I was using my Wii Remote Plus with my friends recently, and all of the sudden it turned off. I changed the batteries for some fresh ones and it still didn’t turn on. I also pulled it apart to see if there was any sort of corrosion, and I couldn’t see any.

Do these kind of Wii Remotes die overtime, or is there an obvious fix that someone can see? I can attach more images if requested.

I can't see the star rating option in the game banner and I don't have the option to add it in the GUI settings. I really want the option to do this but I don't know what else to do. I would greatly appreciate any help.

I've been using nintendo music since the first update and it has worked fine up until yesterday while I was walking. Some of the songs in my playlist, that I downloaded, didn't play at all when offline. I tried deleting and redownloading the playlist but it still doesn't play some of the songs.

Anyone know what's causing the issue and how to fix it?

I'm a Nintendo newbie. Never played a Wii or Switch. Which is better? Can a Switch be used as a "Wii"? Multi-Player Sports, Just Dance, Mario Kart, etc? If so, why are people still playing Wii games? Advantages and Disadvantages of Switch vs Wii?

So i bought Mario party jamboree. And it had a 7 day free trial code in the box. And I wanted to put it in but it had 17 digits instead of 16 digits. I have tried looking it up and removing all the numbers and adding that one i needed but it doesn’t work. Can someone please help me?

Due to a honest mistake on my part in understanding the user's rules and suffering brainfog because of my disability (which turns off the alarm part of the brain when I should be able to tell smth is amiss) I followed a friend's pushing to gift me what I believed was a code for a game, but turned out to be an account, plus the games it had.

As a logical result, my console is forbidden from accessing online services, and I've made peace with it enough but still wanna know if it's blocked off my account entirely or not. I don't mean to evade a ban, the offending account is not my own and I wasn't the one doing the infraction, more that I let it happen guillibly.

Would factory resetting the console or using my account elsewhere work?

Support cannot help and are probably not supposed to as some kind of punishment which is harsh but I get it.

Hi, I'm looking for some help with this error code, recently I just started buying games on my switch (holiday sales yay) and after buying maybe 4 or five games my card stopped working. It's stated this error code and that I need to check my card. So I did just that however my card was working fine on my Xbox so I waited a few days and still nothing.

I tried other cards I tried friends cards, still all the same error code.

I've tried removing the details and re adding them and still nothing, I even tried buying a game from my phone on the same account still the same error code.

I've tried changing my region from UK to Germany same issue (for some reason it says my card is in Germany?)

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Left joy con lag

I got the Splatoon 3 joy con controller for Christmas and it works fine when it’s in the switch but when you play it wirelessly or with the grip the left joy stick lags terribly sometimes. I’ve tried recalibrating it and disconnecting it and reconnecting. Any advice?

We went from having both kids play on Dad's switch prior to Christmas to each kid having their own switch lite plus Dad still has his own, so one switch to three switches total now. Prior to this, the kids just played on Dad's switch which is linked to his account and the kids didn't have their own child accounts in his family group. We've now setup child accounts for them in his family group, but are lost on what the best setup is for this?

What I would love to happen is for each kid's save data to be transferred to their personal switches from Dad's switch and for everyone to share games but that seems impossible the more I research and look up answers. I've looked all over and can't find a clear answer to this specific situation. I see lots of answers on how to go from one to two switches, just make the child's switch primary etc. I know physical games make this much easier, but they are so small that they don't want to go that route.

Not as much of an issue as a weird occurrence think it'll fit here since I want an answer.

I share an account with my brother he has own games and I have mine I switch primary accounts quite often As I went to check the my main account today I realized it was primary when it shouldn't have, it's not a visual bug either since both account games work

Ok so i had a 2ds where i had bought pokemon gold from the eshop but it had broke, but i bought a new one a couple years later and was wondering if its possible to get gold back on my new 2ds if i have the same sd card from back then, or is it not possible?

(update, I fixed i, I just needed to redownload everythin) I took the SD card and put it in a old flip phone, I then put the SD card onto my computer (to download songs and pictures) and unknowingly renamed a file named "Nintendo 3DS" to New Nintendo 2DS Xl. I went to use the SD Card and my wallpaper and Downloaded games were gone!!!!! Somebody please help!!!! This New Nintendo 2DS XL means a lot To me!!!!!!!!!!!

The game cartridge is not reading reading my game card blowing in the port works for a small amount of time just enough to load the game but not long enough to play it as a message appears saying "a error has occurred returning to home screen" after I put my character name then it says "The game card could not be read. Please remove and reinsert it." I don't know how to fix this through other means besides reporting for a repair to nintendo which I don't want to do I believe the cause was my putting a q-tip with rubbing alcohol in it in the port to clean it as that what it said when I looked up how to fix the issue though it's mainly for the game itself but I did clean the card to still didn't work what other ways besides replacing the port can I fix the card reading issue as the port is the problem not the game it self

My problem is: the code for the Nintendo funds got scratched off and I am STRUGGLING. I put in a ticket to get help but, surprise surprise, it's only over in America.

There is no live help for people in the UK or Ireland unless we ring them for an extortionate amount of money. Could anyone help me find a solution to my issue of finding the full code for my funds card?

Edit: I called Europe customer support. Spoke to a lovely man, who's helped me get my fund eshop code back.

Anyone had this? My son got a £25 gift card and it’s not working. I’ve searched this error code and found nothing online. Anyone seen this?
