The idea "we care more about Israel/Palestine than other conflicts because the USA gives them more money" kind of implies this only happens in America.

They get aid and preferential treatment from other countries too. Russia got hit by massive sanctions, while Israel hasn't even gotten booted from Eurovision. If we went ahead and treated them like the rogue state they are, then things might change.

You could say the exact same thing about all those other countries.

UAE is directly funding the violence in Sudan, and theyre one of the top foreign investors in western universities.

Just for one example.

Well if you’re an emirati, then this should be a major concern of yours.

You're right! It doesn't only happen in America because Israel is considered to be an ally to more than just one Western country. For example, in Canada, where there have been many student protests, our universities' investment portfolios often include Israeli based businesses or companies with ties to Israel. Hence, the whole "disclose, divest" movement.

The reason for the anti-genocide protests is because of our country's association with Israel as an ally. If they were not an ally and our country was not supporting them, there would be nothing to protest the government for. The protest is calling for change within our own government. Either pressure them to stop the genocide financially or through negotiation, or stop supporting Israel and "unfriend" them.

Israel isnt in the top 3, but countries like the UAE, who directly fund the RSF in Sudan are.

A coincidence, im sure.
