Insight Mindfulness in 5 Minutes

We all know how important mindfulness is, but let’s be honest—who has time for hour-long meditations? Not me.

That’s why I started a simple 5-minute routine with my Zen garden. I grab a cup of tea, sit down, and rake patterns in the sand. It’s so calming and creative, and it reminds me to be present.

It’s proof that mindfulness doesn’t have to be complicated. What’s your favorite quick way to reconnect with yourself?

That’s not mindfulness. That’s enjoying yourself. But that’s fine. People think mindfulness is being calm and happy. On whatever activity.

It’s all about priority. I get up at 5:15 for 40 min. Session of walking and sitting meditation. Without this I simply suffer mostly. If you’re happy-great.

Perhaps in your next mindfulness session you could reflect on why you are so dismissive and judgemental of others. Best of luck on your journey 🙏🏼

To applaud to ignorance is not conductive. I should have addressed the OP directly instead of that tone. That I agree.

Or perhaps you don’t need anything to say anything at all. Are you ignorant to your need for validation by posting all those videos of you playing guitar? A bit humanity goes a long way

Sorry. That’s generalisation. And no one asked you to poke in my habits. Reported.
