The Third St Tunnel has had horrific graffiti in it since 2020 and near the bridge on 4th and Hope there is an art piece that has been defaced for 3 years at least, and the guardrail has been smashed for a long time now too. I've contacted 311 and no response. Why does this city not do any maintenance anymore?
