Not with lock and key, but i usually see wooden and leather, sometimes metal boxes that would fit the description at places like TJMaxx, HomeGoods, etc.

i've always felt like these are all the exact same store with different names to make some sense of superiority over the other. like the same dude setting up taco stands a few miles apart

I'm pretty sure they're under the same parent company, as well as Marshalls. (oh also I see them at Ross lol)
