Given that this is the Stan Winston School official site and the pic is credited to Fox 20th Television, then I would guess so. Think there's be some legal issues otherwise, and don't think Stan Winston School would pull fan-art from the web for their blog.

Did a google reverse image search. It came up as a screenshot from a Screen Culture video, a YouTube channel that does nothing but fake trailers.

They absolutely took this image from the internet and either intentionally or unintentionally passed it off as official. It's a fan-made A.I. image and SWS got suckered or lazy. The image even has Screen Culture's logo still on it.

That's a pretty neat little extra to the article, we've had so little in terms of the show. I know concept art isn't necessarily in the final product but this is probably a little indication into the events of the story. They have a xenomorph in a tube. I'm sure that will go down a treat 😅

I never noticed the facehugger has razor sharp barbs under its “fingers” (for grabbing onto your flesh?). Absolutely terrifying.

That's a new detail that Alien Romulus added. I do think the Queen facehugger from Alien 3 may have had that detail as well.
