He doesn’t talk about Judaism specifically most often the time but Big Joel/Little Joel is awesome, and as others have mentioned, Matt Bernstein. There’s also Solomon Brager who makes really good comics/graphic novels touching on Judaism and anti-zionism. I found his stuff on the Jewish Currents website.
