This guy was doing journalism on basically damage to military bases. I think most countries in the world would consider this espionage.
I don’t support Israel or its government in most regards, but I don’t know what this guy expected. I am not sure what the expectation of spreading info about this case is meant to achieve. This guy is almost certainly going to prison in Israel and the US is not going to press for his release.
If you do this at a military base near you, you will be, at the least, confronted, questioned, and maybe arrested, wherever you are in the world. If you do this in a country currently engaged in war, you will probably be shot.
he didn't infiltrate any military base. he didn't disclose any secrets.
all he investigated was where the Iranian missiles were headed, according to him, they were targeting military assets, according to Israel, they were targeting civilian areas.
his research disagreed with the government truth. and that's not allowed.
