How to stop procrastination

I have an exam sun day and i keep procrastinating and not studying i don't what do
the computer is there the lectures are open in front of me and i'm here writing post on reddit i asking on how to study instead of studying for the exam i don't want to study I hate the doctor i hate the subject i have a good midterm grade i can pass if i just answered half a question but i want an A or an A+ like the rest of the subjects

اول شي سوي عدم ازعاج للتلفون ثاني شي سويلك اي شغلة بالبيت مثلا رتب غرفتك او نظف الحوش (لا تكلي ليش لان مادري بس انا من انظف غرفتي او اسوي شغلة بالبيت اصير خوش ادمي ويصيرلي واهس انجز وما اسخت) وتالي كوم ادرس ما ضل شي على امتحانك شتسوالك من تزرب بمعدلك
