The hooligans should've been arrested, charged and deported. Those who are soldiers or ex-soldiers, or anyone with a semblence of authority, should be heavily demoted/fired. Any other nation's public behaving in such a way would be held accountable.

Instead they were “rescued” by their evil prime minister.  Disgusting hypocrisy.
