well obviously he knows how it feels but he wants to get the emotion out into the world, he wants the world to really see whats going on and how it makes ppl feel thats why

yeah the hope is that questions like that and the response really creates empathy with the viewer and the local,to really get across the point as to how awful the hooligans were.
