In Gaza there are conflicting claims so they can't determine what is true. Well, just ask the independent journalists covering the war on the ground. Ahhh, I see what you did there. Sneaky bastard.

You can't prove Israel is committing genocide because Israel says they are not and there is no independent proof that they are. And you can't get independent proof that Israel is committing genocide because Israel doesn't allow journalists in Gaza. Joseph Heller would be proud.

Israel is now a terrorist state.

There is independent evidence, e.g. Mads Gilbert testimony. They just don't give a fuck.

Anyway, the burden of proof should be on Israel. So far we've only seen a rusty Kalashnikov next to MRI machine, and a mattress in what was supposed to be Hamas HQ, IIRC
