I wonder if Genocide Joe has any cognitive awareness that he will go down with such a horrible and infamous reputation. He has to know the world will remember his term with sponsorship of genocide - no?

We live in such a dying empire, I don't think a world leader since the age of incest kings has a world leader looked so "lights are on but nobody's home" as Joe Biden. And we got FOUR more years of this?
