That's because international law is not good enough to handle these terrorists organizations. They found a loophole and they are abusing it.

The idea of being a terrorist is breaking international law and all laws.

The idea of being a democracy and a sovereign nation means to follow international law.

If a sovereign nation doesn't follow international law they become on par with the terrorists.

There is no such thing as self defense for an occupying force. This is international law. Hamas, PLO and any Palestinian that chooses to resist against their occupying power is not breaking international law. Israel claiming self defense while occupying is a breach of international law.

Do citizens of Gaza and the west bank have the same rights as Israeli citizens? (E.g. freedom to travel, right to work, right to vote)

So long as they don't and Israel refuses to recognise a Palestinian state where they can have those rights, Israel is an occupying power and has no grounds of self defense.

Palestinians under international law are free to shoot any IOF soldier on their land. Because under the internationally recognised borders, Gaza and the West Bank are not Israeli territory. So they are trespassing or occupying.

The blockade has been in place for 30 years. Great job Israel on stopping weapons. /S Time to try a different tactic.

That is the Israeli's current tactic.

And the West Bank? Do you consider that occupied?

Yes, the west bank is definitely occupied

No bigotry, racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, etc. This includes denial of identity (self or collective).

Israel is being held accountable for its crimes against humanity.

Its genocidal operation in Gaza has even been criticized by the US, which is one of Israel’s few allies, due its violations of international law in Gaza in the West Bank under Netanyahu

The rest of the world recognizes the humanity of the Palestinians, and is justly putting pressure on Israel. The US looks even worse as a result.

Yep, that's how Israel's government is looking from the outside. Like a terrorist organization that has found a loophole in international law to try to justify their own form of terrorism.

It's such a joke that the most expensive army in the world (and its offshoot of fascists in the middle east) can't wipe off the face of the earth a militia a a fraction of their size (40k strong vs 1,5 million each idf and us army), considering said terrorist organization lacks anything going from air support, mechanized vehicles and even modern weapons

Its not easy identifying fighters from civilian populations. Also lots of tunnels

Its not easy identifying fighters from civilian populations

Hardly a problem for americans or israelis, who don't do it anyway

Not true. Israeli soldier are actually sacrificing their lives to do this, instead of just bombing indiscriminately

By hiding in tanks, wearing diapers so they don’t actually have to come face to face with the infants they’re killing or are they sacrificing their lives by indiscriminately bombing protected buildings like schools and refugee camps?

I know. It's why the world is turning away from America. Macron was right. Americans cannot be trusted to vote for their own interests. The world cannot trust them to do the same for them.

I didn't think Joe Biden would be the one to destroy the American hegemony, but here we are.

This talk is present since WW2 and america is still going strong. Macron want separatism from the US, he should go ahead and take care if its own citizens security instead of relying on US money.

Oh dear. You're confidently wrong. That's the worst kind of wrong.

Are you American? Your complete and belligerent misunderstanding of current events seems like a product of that education system. It's ok, little buddy, I promise countries will still talk to you guys. They just won't take you seriously. Like North Korea.

You're not using the word separatism correctly. It's a concept. Would you like plainer language materials to find out how wrong you are, or perhaps some remedial English lessons?

2 millions palestinians are not 20.000 Hamas. Collective punishment is a war crime as per international law. The last time nazi did it, we hanged them in Nuremberg

Are you saying the IDF is a terrorist organisation then?
