Azerbaijan used these munitions on Armenians in Artsakh last year and no one gave a shit. At this point you might as well slap a storm trooper helmet on all of us.

You may or may not know how demoralizing it is to have that hope bombed out of your heart over a period of 4 years where no one gives a shit or could be inconvenienced.
