Nuclear arms from either country would be targeted and shot down before they went into the second phase. Don’t believe the hype

Not all nuclear weapons are ballistic missiles or ICBMs (which are already hard to shoot down) a simple nuclear bomb is pretty effective there's no infrared signature so requires radar guidance and a radar can't tell the difference between a nuclear bomb and a conventional bomb so unless you shoot everything down one could slip through. But yes I agree it's probably all sabre rattling if either country struck first with a nuclear weapon every nation would condemn and sanction them into nonexistence even Israel's daddy the USA would most likely cut ties with them .
