Are Indycar parts rare?

I was recently scrolling on Facebook marketplace and found the engine cover to a ir-05 indycar for $200 I instantly offered $175 and the guy agreed. I’ve never seen anything like this on anywhere to buy something like this. I am a huge indycar fan so this really works out for me but I was wondering if anyone else had anything similar to this?

If you go to any race and there’s an accident. You walk up to the team that wrecked. They’ll give you stuff.

I’ve managed to get tires, front wings, air boxes etc.
