I’m so confused to what moment you are talking about. There’s 0 context it’s literally just two women hugging while some dude records them “secretly”

Huh? I'm confused at the fact that you're confused, like what's confusing about my comment? All I said was that they were more concerned about the filming that to actually enjoy their meeting interaction. There's no dude secretly recording them, what are you talking about?
