2017 - What part is this (to order replacement)

In Reference to the exterior section, not the interior metal: Is the broken section all just a “front bumper” or are the silver and black sections different “parts”?

That would be the front bumper (upper) grill. It is one piece. You would only have to use the same "H" emblem or buy a new one as they don't come with it typically.

Upper grille, Make sure to call up some local junkyards maybe they might have one for a lower price and it’ll be oem.
