My Honda Jazz seems on tilt :'( I am guessing software problem, or am I missing something?

When I try to drive the brake is blocked(ish, very heavy) and it's telling me to stop. If I keep restarting at some point it starts like normal and I can drive without issues. But this issue is occuring more and more often when starting the car...
