Guyanese driving license

Hello,

I have a driving license from Thailand.
I know, i would be allowed to drive in Guyana for 60 days upon arrival.
My question is, would i be able to get Guyanese driving license based on my Thai license?
Is there an agency/law firm that i can hire to do this for me so i don't need to bother?
