https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTYsoSvfj/ This makes me sad, but I’m also glad he’s being segregated for his safety. If anyone has insight on the jail, please share. Why wouldn’t he be able to brush his teeth every day if he has a sink in his cell?

Fun fact: Jails often know how to make safety segregation a punishment. Often you're not /entirely/ alone as your cells tend to open on a shared corridor. Usually these spaces are also used for "behavior segregation," which just means a combined punishment zone and place where they put people with mental illness they don't want to treat. It can be absolutely hellish.

At least from what I heard, he should’ve been moved to his housing unit by now (they said it would’ve been around this Monday). In the housing unit, he is free to move around outside of his cell during daytime hours, watch TV, play board games etc with the other inmates in the housing block. But it’s true that he would only get to shower and stuff like that three times a week.
To answer your question about the teeth brushing, it’s honestly just because he probably isn’t allowed to have a toothbrush in his cell (I don’t know the specifics).

There have been cases of inmates filing down the bottom of a toothbrush into a point and using it as a weapon or for self-harm. Each jail has its own rules, but this is likely why toothbrushes are not allowed in this jail’s cells.

not confirmed… just a reporter made a statement saying he could be moved to the same unit as diddy and sam bankman fried. but it has not been confirmed as of me writing this apply.

Sam Bankman Fried was moved to a new prison in May, believed to be in CA.

do you have a source? because as of september this year, he was still reported to be at mdc brooklyn and in the same unit as diddy.

I’m so confused about the “for his safety” part. He didn’t harm a child. He’s not a diddler. If anything he’s a bad ass for “allegedly”(although I don’t think he did it) capping a CEO on the streets of Manhattan. I highly doubt that is a crime that’s going to put him on the naughty list with the other inmates. They probably want to shake his hand.

Yes. But there will also be jealous inmates who know he comes from money and the general public is fighting to put money on his books. This can be used to extort him and pay for “protection”. I don’t know if it was this person on CNN or another person, they said that where he is held now is probably the safest part of his incarceration journey.
Federal prison would probably be his best bet, especially if he is there with the likes of rich celebrities who won’t really need to extort him. He just needs to be away from Diddy because i think he will find a way to continue his freakoffs in jail but other rich inmates who are there for non violent crimes will just keep to themselves or yes, take him under their wing.
There is also the Italian aspect. If enough Italian-Americans are there that could be good too.

diddy messed with kids, he's actually segregated for his safety. i don't think its the same reason for LM.

Every jail is set up differently but I know when I was locked up we weren’t allowed to keep our hygiene products with us. Don’t want anybody making a shank from their toothbrush. They were kept in a little ziplock bag and then handed out to us each day. But again, different jails have different procedures and I’ve never been in solitary either so this is just my experience.
