F4 Does double R racing still operate?

I can't remember how I came across the team. But is there a chance that Robin Raikkonen could be there at some point?

I think the last I saw was they were in Spanish F4

What happens there like who tests and why don’t they race

Business case, simple as that. Why go racing if you can make more profit testing?
