Hello all, with the recent murder of United Healthcare's CEO, I've become more curious to learn all about how America's health insurance industry works and why it would cause people to be so indifferent on a CEO being murdered.

Don't think many rational folks are indifferent to violence of any sort. Kind of a good for the goose, good for the gander thing.
