One of the vol 20 SS is about Leon and ottar so probably didn't

Never mind just checked a Chinese site for info on it and they're saying finn goes to see ottar so he probably went

That probably took place before they left. Leon and Bell only leave for their trip a short while after the Loki Familia begins their expidition. The Hostess of Fertility SS seems to take place before volume 20, too.
