Unfortunately unless they wanna bump the ratings up to seinen, accurately depicting wounds isn’t gonna work out often
Also the last thing we need is people fetishizing sliced open breasts. Because while it is realistic to happen in that medieval combat it isn’t pretty.
But last season we saw a bunch of adventurers get brutally mauled and killed by an OP dungeon monster, showing a flesh wound should not be an issue at this point.
1) those wounds weren’t super focused on. A healing scene would have to at least bring narrative attention to the wounds. Quickly showing a sort of bloody stump rather than the whole intestines allows them to gloss over the reality. Meanwhile a medical scene involves discussing the fact that a character got her boob sliced open
2) they were mostly dudes, and men are the expendable gender.
3) the people being damaged weren’t main characters. You aren’t allowed to butcher and maim main characters like that.
4) boobs are sacred and untouchable. You are not allowed to distort or damage them.
