I'd be interested to see what others think as well. I'm never sure about quotes for work - when you look up rough costs online for work they're usually lower than any quote you actually receive. I'd assume the complete build of a relatively large extension on the property is probably around that for good quality work, but really wouldn't know.
Where are you based?

Oh wait, I've just seen the drawings, is this just to build a porch and convert an old garage? Guess it's still reasonable if the garage is not in the best condition and needs a lot doing to it.

Garage is in pretty decent condition, floor just needs raising a bit to be level with house. We are based in Kent.

The drawings don’t really give much detail or spec. Did you do them yourself?

Drawings done as part of architect work to obtain planning permissions, also have building reg drawings for builders to quote from.

Location dependant, this doesn’t seem too unreasonable to me but you need at least two more quotes for a job this size to really judge.

Floor plan and elevation pics below, garage inside is currently in a very good condition. Any general thoughts on the quote?

I used the Jewsons build aviator to give me an estimate before doing my extension.
They give you a cost of materials and a bill of labour.
It's meant for builders to use when quoting for jobs, but it can help you figure out if quotes you have are in the right ballpark.
