I always use my turn signal in traffic but if I'm driving out super late and I'm tired and there's absolutely no traffic to speak of, I usually don't bother. If I see another car I'll start indicating again but I just don't see the point doing it while I'm the only one on the road

You never know when the ghost car will show up and rear end you for not using the turn signals while driving down a completely empty road.
