I think that's slightly different. You never change "lines" in quantum immortality, the event that kills you simply never initiates. This is like being transplanted, somehow.

I think this one is just kind of a low-level "what is consciousness" sort of problem? It's basically the teleporter problem. You don't really know what reality you're in or if you and the universe just came into being a second ago and all your memories are just gaps in perception being filled in.

Butterfly dreaming it is a human.

I can remember dreams. Even use past dreams. Packed a ziploc bag of clothes months back, used that instead of having to pack.

Anyways, I ain't dreamt I have been a butterfly.
