问题 | General Question (Serious) Lost SIM card

I am in my home country and just realized I lost my SIM card. Is there anyway I can get a replacement? All my relevant accounts are linked to this number? What should I do? I had China Telecom.

It seems that to replace a SIM card, you must be present in person.
