Can we grind chicken breast, turn it into patties and eat it instead of consuming it whole? Will this alter its protein content?

I find whole chicken breast boring to eat, so I made patties today and they were much easier to eat than curry or grilled chicken. Does this still provide the same protein content?

If you are grinding it yourself, there won't be any difference. The pre-ground stuff you get at the grocery store usually has a higher fat content.
