What are those yellow bubbles in freshly butchered chicken?

Yellow bubbles in freshly butchered old chicken. I saw that before but never so much, is it just fat deposits?

Eggs in different stages. They are considered a delicacy by chefs.

Are they supposed to be eaten raw as delicacy?

Not sure, really. I saw chefs in "Masterchef" prepare meals from them. It was quite spectacular.
