Which blue should I use?
Should I use the satin oasis blue that looks more like our current powder blue, or the gloss spa blue that looks more like the previous powder blue

Rock n Brews watch party
Hey bolt gang, thinking about going to the watch party tomorrow but a bit unsure about logistics. For anyone who has gone to a watch party, how early have gotten there? Does it get packed right away? How long are you allowed to stay at a table? I realize it might be location specific but any shared experience is helpful!!

A Moment To Appreciate How Far We've Come.
With 2024 coming to a close and 2025 drawing nearer, we are only a couple years away from marking a decade in Los Angeles. The past few years have been extremely chaotic and, as an LA sports fan who was football-homeless pre-Ram-Charger lease agreement, I want to take a moment to reflect on all that's happened to us since the Bolts "returned" to the City of Angels and how the narrative around this team has completed shifted.
Anyone who was around in 2016 remembers how dismal the vibes were around the Charger brand at this time. The whole stadium saga played out publicly in the nastiest way possible and the anger and outcry to the Charger officially exercising the option to move north was omnipotent. Bill Plaschke wrote an editorial in the LA Times on how nobody in LA wanted the Chargers. There were reports that other owners were unhappy that the Bolts were moving and wanted to find a way to force them back to San Diego. There was a bonfire of Charger gear in front of the now-former Charger Park as San Diegans sworn off the team. The original logo (the ripoff Dodger one) was shown on the Jumbotron at a Laker-Clipper game - a game filled with nothing, but the very LA fans that the team wanted to appeal to - and was greeted with a cascade of boos. I remember personally questioning the move and, while happy that we were now a two team town in all of the major sports like we should be, initially not very attracted to the team. Charger stock was at an all time low and only seemed to be going lower.
The years at StubHub were tumultuous. Low capacity, constant visiting team complete takeovers, and the lingering questions about how viable the Chargers would be in LA swirled around us. It was here I first began to truly admire the team as, in spite of all the drama and chaos, the "Diamond Dog" Bolts (as UrinatingTree came to call them) had that great 2018 season. Sure the next season was terrible and Rivers and Gates were now officially gone, but then came the true turning point of this franchise. The man. The myth. The legend.
Justin. Patrick. Herbert.
The years with Herbo at the helm have completely changed everything. A bonafide superstar wearing maybe the most beautiful jerseys we've ever had as a team have started to make us... cool? and interesting? Every year it feels like there are more Charger fans reemerging in San Diego and spawning in Los Angeles. This period officially got me on the side of the powder blue as I managed to snag a couple of season tickets in the upper bowl for a very low price. Sure it hasn't been all smooth sailing. Lynn, Lombardi, TT, and Staley all came hampered the team on the field the best they could, the roster was still in need of a major rework, and the organization still had that stigma around them, but now things were starting to come up Chargers.
Then 63-21 happened and, finally, the organization got it. The Spanos' finally understood that for the Chargers to succeed in LA, we needed to spend BIG on coaching. Enter Harbaugh and Hortiz, two football men who have brought that winning culture that this team and this fanbase so desperately needed. Now instead of just chasing big name FA's and doing whatever the hell TT was doing in the draft, we have an actual competent front office who builds for fit and the future. Instead of a narcissistic dumbass who fancies himself a guru, we have a proven, winning coach who can elevate the players and roster given to him. We now have a world-class training facility right in the heart of El Segundo that makes anyone want to be associated with this team.
The best part of all of this now: instead of "home" games at SoFi, we now have home games at SoFi. While sure there are, and will always be, some opposing fans showing up to the games (it comes with being an LA team in any sport), the majority of the stadium is wearing powder blue and every game that majority keeps growing. The sections of the stadium wearing opposing colors have turned into islands, patches, rows, and singletons, even in the upper bowl and the opposing sidelines where they used to dominate. By the time we reach the end of this first decade of truly being an LA team, it's not unthinkable that we could truly have a terrifying home-field advantage with how loud that stadium can become.
As we start to approach ten years in LA, let this post be the first stop on our reflective journey. I want to thank everyone. The fans that stuck it out, the fans that hopped on, and everyone in between that has brought us here. This moment in the sun is for all of us, and I'm happy to be one small part of it. BTFU. FTR.

FTR! Me and my buddies are going to Vegas for the game/my bachelor party. Looking for any groups that are gonna be tailgating or any bars y'all will be hitting. Aware that the Raiders fans are assholes so expecting it to be interesting lmao. First time in Vegas as well so any recommendations are also welcome! Jim Harbaugh
