The problem is that people think their criticism is in good faith, when what they want is for all racial, ethnic, sexual, gender, and health minorities to cease existing in public life. They will invent any ridiculous attack they can to make it happen.

This is why I've started to just be immediately hostile to these people online when they come near me if I even bother to reply.

Their arguments are horrible and aren't in good faith. There's no reason to make my braincells waste calories on these people.
