Victory Trailhead in woodland hills is a delightful hiking trail of easy to moderate inclines. Best time of year is spring a few weeks after the last rain.

Max Karaoke in Little Tokyo. Inside the same building as X Lanes, and across the street from Eighty-Two arcade.

Yang Chow Restaurant, 819 N Broadway. Been going there for years, food and service never disappoint.
