Please help

Hello drs, can you please help read my ct scan so I can understand it. Is there anything here that would be causing my lower abdomen to be bloated and causing a cystocele and utis. Is there anything that needs further investigation or any diagnosis here.

Or whatever your understanding is from the report can you tell me in simple form.

My dr said that it only shows a small amount of fecal Loading. But my body is so uncomfortable and I've taken so many laxatives and still it's terrible. Dr said I should take laxatives everyday but I'm not comfortable in following that advice anymore. As I've only gotten worse.

I'm 32 year old Female, from Geelong, I'm 152 cm tall and 60kgs maybe bit more I use to weigh 45kg and when I was pregnant I weighed 60 and went straight back to 45kg 2 weeks after birth. So I've definitely gained weight my stomach is not soft or squishy feeling it's hard and sometimes it swells up really big and somes times it's just a little swollen after resting but it's mostly swollen. Looking

Thankyou 🩷
