Febuxostat or Fasting insulin cause ed

M28, 6 months before, I had high uric acid levels (9.4), and the doc prescribed febuxostat. After taking the med, the heartbeat increased, and sleep disturbance occurred. I stopped the med after 5 days, and for 4 months, no issues, but after that, my libido and erection issues began. At that time I was overweight (fasting insulin 17). So, are these issues caused by febuxostat or insulin resistance? Also, I lost 10 kg but still have high fasting insulin.
