Anything you snort will be absorbed into your bloodstream as it’s absorbed through the mucosa. Your septum piercing has nothing to do with this.

I’m sure you know this, but combining ambien and clonazepam this way can be dangerous as they work on receptors with similar effects and can be oversedating.
