Spitting large blood clots

20M, 172cm, 57kg Been spitting bloody mucus, today is third day, yesterday was at hospital had chest xray and blood analysis done(results was normal), ORL said he couldn’t see anything and they sent me home Today i spitted even more and darker blood, I also have chest pain and I think yesterday night I caught cold, also in the morning i had 35.6° temperature, now i have 36.0° Idk what to do, any advice?
