Compacted ear caused by stucked cotton buds 10 years ago, what to do?

29, Female, non-smoker/alcoholic, no official diagnosis

-I love cleaning my ears but one time a cotton was stucked inside, I've tried to remove it but only got deeper, that was abt 10 years ago.

Symptoms: Itchiness, feeling of blockage, can still hear on left but less. Occasional stabbing pain on left ear. Dizziness

I tried small ENT clinic in SM mall. But nothing was solved. The ENT specialist tried to air suction my left ear, but nothing. He said he can't see my eardrum bc my ear canal is a bit bend, he said normally ear canals are straight, mine is different so it's hard to see. He just gave me prescription for itching.

-I still feel deep itching inside, I tried cleaning my ear with drop of peroxide and it will calm. But the itching doesn't permanently go away. Sometimes my ear hurts, and sometimes I hear cricket sounds in my head even in silence.

-I want to resolve this, what's the correct step? And what are the possible procedures/surgeries I will went thru? I want to anticipate and prepare myself for next. I'm afraid that I will be hurt. They said, treating compacted ears hurts. Help!!! What do I do?
