Fistulus tracts in feet/heels

Has anyone ever heard or seen anything about fistulus tracts forming in feet? Especially around the heel areas.. If yes, please reply, I need to talk to you.

I'm a 24 year old Male Indian living in Andhra Pradesh. I'm 5'6 and 55 kgs. I've been suffering with this condition in my feet for the past 9-10 years, I have consulted an overwhelming number of doctors and specialists including neurosurgeons, bone specialists, general physicians, surgeons, plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons, whooping number of dermatologists, feet specialists. I tried ayurvedic, allopathic, electro homeopathic, and some native village medicines, Unani over the past 10 years. The amount of antibiotics I've taken is mind boggling, but nothing ever worked, even if it did, it didn't last for long. I even used TB medicine although I didn't have it, surprisingly they worked for a while but I started to become weak, lean and suffered hair loss, so I stopped those medicines. It's stopping me from doing a lot of things in my life. My allopathic consultation journey ended when they told me there's no other way than plastic surgery but it looks risky to me because of other underlying factors like the slow healing process, numbness and other things. Currently I'm using ayurvedic medicine from a "doctor" in a forest, it seems to be working slowly but I'm not sure. And I don't have any habits like smoking, alcohol consumption, and I've recently quit masturbation too. So please help me out.

Unable to post media, but here is a description, I have no idea how the first wound started but it started under the heel of my right leg but then the second one on the right side of the heel happened, and then behind the heel and then the same thing happened to the left leg. They all start as blisters, get popped and leave a hole in my heels and all those holes are internally connected. I have 3 in my left heel and 2 in my right heel. They are always wet, discharging thick pus whose color looks like a blend of white, red and yellow and grey and always susceptible to bleeding, and very painful, so painful that it reaches to hips when I do a little physical activity as walking.
