Physician Responded Alkaline Phosphatase elevated, Anxious!

28F 250lbs 5’8. I got some routine blood work done today and everything came back good besides my Alkaline Phosphatase (came back high at 134 IU/L the range is 37-127). That has never come back high before and it’s making me extremely anxious! She also tested my CO2, anion gap, protein total, albumin, globulin, calcium, alanine aminotransferase, asparate aminotansferase, and bilirubin and everything was normal. Why would the Alk Phosphatase be elevated?

It's barely elevated and might be normal. First step would be to recheck in a few months and see if it continues to go up or goes down

Okay, so I don’t need to freak out right now. Thank you so much!
