Vasovagal response during sex and period?

Hi all! I’d (26F) appreciate some advice as I live in Canada and can’t find a FM doc. Over the past few years my period has been getting more and more painful, in my teens it was uncomfortable and in the past couple years the first day gets so bad I’ve had multiple vasovagal responses, due to the pain. the cramps are so intense and burning that I get faint, sweaty and clammy but also hot st the same time, HR increases, ringing in my ears, nausea, vomitting, diarrhea, and often I lose consciousness until I get a hot pack, down 3 Advils and rock on the toilet till it goes away. It’s been absolutely traumatizing to say the least. I’m so scared of it happening I take Advil in the days leading up to my period to avoid experiencing it again. Now what’s gotten worse is that any time after ovulation if I have sex, this will happen, to the point that I can’t engage in it with my husband due to the fear I will get a response like this. This mostly happens with sex when my husband touches my cervix, it doesn’t even have to be hard, the slightest touch and I start getting pain. I have no answers and I’m finding it’s really interfering with my life. I’m terrified that I’ll get pain any time I have sex or am approaching my period. I’ve considered endometriosis but I’ve had multiple U/S done before and it shows nothing. My blood tests have always come back normal. STDs are negative (although I did have chlamydia for an unknown amount of time after my boyfriend cheated on me as a teen, I could’ve had it for as long as as 3 years, was put on extensive Abx for it and it cleared). My periods are normal otherwise, not heavy, not irregular (my cycle is precisely 29 days), and not longer than 6 days, with only the first 3 I am bleeding moderate-heavy amount). Also I find I only need Advil the first 2 days and I take approx 200-400mg q6-8 hours. I have no signs of PCOS besides some light chin/jaw acne around period. Could this be pelvic inflammatory disease? Endometriosis? PCOS? think it may be endometriosis but considering my periods are normal besides the initial pains and now the increase pain with sex. Please help. Any advice would be appreciated.
