They actually are even better than Russia and America. Because unlike the ussr, China has the industrial base to not collapse therefor a cold war wont end abruptly

One major part about an industrial base, is having a population of workers. If china get their birthdate situation turned around, it will be just as crippling as anything seen.

Ya but 1.4b people is still a lot. Even if they took damage to their total population, they would still likely have 3 times the population of America. That's a lot of workers.

And ya their population will drop temporarily but will bounce back as the younger pop grows up and make more babies
