Pardon my ignorance but Who is this Noam Chomsky guy? Can anyone explain his beliefs that people are saying he is disinformation?

He's essentially a prophet for the far left who had done some excellent work in the field of linguistics, is unfortunate more well known for his garbage politics (he doesn't have a degree in history, just linguistics). He was a lead denialist of the Bosnian and Cambodian genocides and has an undeniable influence on the American left to the point where separating the two is impossible

The linguistics work is pretty garbage as well as it turns out. Glad he lived long enough to see his life's work become irrelevant.
